Products and Availability:
We strive to provide accurate information about our products, including their description, availability, and price. However, due to the changing nature of the market, errors may occur. In the event that an ordered product is unavailable, we will inform you as soon as possible and offer a refund or exchange. In case of error in the communication of the selling price to the customer, Vertical Store reserves the right to modify, upwards or downwards, the amount of the price after consultation with the customer. In this case, the customer may, if he wishes, cancel his order.
Price and Payment:
The prices indicated on our website are in Swiss Francs (CHF) and include Value Added Tax (VAT). Delivery charges are also included as we offer free delivery in Switzerland. Payments can be made through Paypal or bank transfer. All necessary payment information will be provided during the ordering process.
Delivery:
We only deliver within Switzerland. For items in stock, the estimated delivery time is between 2 and 10 business days. We commit to informing you in case of a delay or extended unavailability of a product. Any liability for failure to meet delivery dates is excluded, in particular any claims for damages.
Property right:
The goods delivered remain the property of Vertical Store until full payment, even if the goods have been processed or sold.
Warranty:
We offer a two-year warranty on all our products. Certain items may benefit from an extended warranty, the duration of which will be specified on the product sheet. The warranty covers manufacturing defects and functional problems, to the exclusion of damage resulting from misuse, negligence or unauthorized modification of the product.
Vertical Store declines all responsibility in the event of material damage or physical harm to a person caused by misuse of the equipment sold on its site. In the event of a hidden defect, the company producing the product assumes all responsibility.
